USMD is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Hospital FT IPMed/Surg. 7p role. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines to provide best-in-class care.
- Current RN licensure in Texas or Compact state.
- 2-4 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on hospital settings.
- BLS and ACLS certification, with PALS certification preferred for ER roles.
- ENPC and TNCC certifications a plus for ER roles.
