We are looking for an experienced Project Designer to help us craft spaces where clients enhance their quality of life at home.
**Job Description:
Capture the vision outlined by the sales consultant and homeowner in the proposal and bring it to life as a skilled Project Designer with Moss Building & Design. Your role will be to ensure a positive and exciting design experience for the homeowner.
Built on trust and a positive relationship with the homeowner, you'll take them from the beginning of the project to completion. As our go-to design resource, you'll drive influencing the sales, design, and construction experience.
Your key responsibilities include managing the design and purchasing of cabinets and all selection items.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated passion for home remodeling design.
- Record of high performance and professional achievement.
- Experience with CAD software, Chief Architect preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong detail orientation, self-disciplined, creative, and confident, problem-solving and job coordination skills, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred.
- Kitchen and Bath design experience.
