Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee collection processes for outstanding payments
  • Serve as Acting Community Manager in their absence
  • Attract and lease residential units to potential tenants
  • Ensure a positive living experience for residents
  • Assist in maintaining property aesthetics and organization

Primary Duties:

  • Manage delinquency notifications and late fee assessments
  • File claims for evictions and oversee income expectations
  • Conduct deposit accounting and manage 3-Day Notice to Vacate distributions
  • Facilitate timely evictions and legal processes
  • Conduct lease audits and manage refunds/write-offs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a sales mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
  • Familiarity with property management practices and Fair Housing regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi software
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
