Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule and administer tests for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of testing activities.
2. Maintain accurate records of test administration, including test scores, student information, and testing protocols.
3. Collaborate with testing staff to ensure compliance with testing regulations and protocols.
4. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on testing procedures and protocols.
5. Provide support for testing-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
1. Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Three years of experience working in a customer service environment, handling a high volume of tasks and inquiries.
3. Ability to attain test administration and proctoring certifications within 60 days of hire and maintain renewals as required by vendors/sponsors.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a database system that includes data analysis activities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Prior experience working in higher education.
3. Prior experience using student databases such as Colleague, Banner, etc.
4. Prior experience working with special needs students.
5. Prior experience working with students who have documented disabilities.
