PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The HVAC Installation Trainee is tasked with executing top-notch HVAC system and product installations alongside the HVAC Lead Installer.
This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the project progresses smoothly and profitably, coupled with a positive mindset, a commitment to surpass client expectations, and a willingness to learn the trade.

Key Responsibilities:
What Will You Do?
- Maintain cleanliness of your company vehicle, both inside and out.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Actively seek development opportunities through ongoing training and personalized coaching.
- Arrive punctually at job sites to receive instructions and prepare materials.
- Adhere to installation protocols and procedures.
- Assist the Lead Installer in managing vehicle inventory.
- Efficiently dismantle and recycle all equipment and materials from previous jobs.
- Be available to arrive early or stay late as workload demands, in various weather conditions and depending on the season (mandatory Saturdays during peak season).
- Safely and effectively complete all other assigned tasks.
- Possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications, with our support.
Qualifications:
Do You Meet the Requirements?
- Valid Driver's License
- Working towards EPA Certification, to be completed within three months of employment
- NATE Core Certification within one year
- Capability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and walk at various intervals
- Ability to regularly lift loads up to 75 pounds.
