We are currently in search of a meticulous Service Coordination Specialist to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be tasked with managing service requests between clients and field personnel, ensuring optimal scheduling and prompt responses to customer inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle and oversee incoming client communications
  • Organize service appointments and allocate technicians accordingly
  • Generate dispatch work orders as required
  • Maintain the dispatch board and scheduling system
  • Monitor field technicians' availability
  • Update service progress within our digital systems
  • Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Prior experience in dispatching or project management is advantageous

Work Environment:
