Key Responsibilities- Compounding and Dispensing Medications: Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pharmacy Operations: Implement and maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals, adhering to policies and legal requirements.
- Patient Care: Assess patient needs, provide information and advice on medication interactions, side effects, and dosages, and analyze prescription trends to monitor patient compliance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories, and control records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, advising patients on medication selection, medical equipment, and healthcare supplies.
- Education: Pharm.D. degree
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Certifications: Certification in relevant specialty or field
- Skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data, recognize, analyze, and solve problems, and exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
