We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Five Star Senior Living. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resident apartments and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing.
  • Dispose of trash and waste in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Maintain par levels of cleaning supplies and assist with ordering products as needed.
  • Wash and fold laundry, and distribute clean linens and towels to residents.
  • Maintain a stocked cleaning cart and ensure that all necessary cleaning equipment is available and in good working order.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
