AutoDot is a leading used car store that prides itself on providing a hassle-free car buying experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Assist with vehicle appraisals, test drives, and finance applications.
  • Read, collect, and transcribe data to complete accurate paperwork.
  • Maintain the sales area, offices, vehicle lot, and detail garage.
  • Greet customers, respond to phone calls and emails, and open/close the store.
  • Assist with questions on tag and title information, prepare MVA documents and titles.
  • Interact with other employees and vendors, handle accounts payable functions, and enter bills as needed.
  • Tender cash transactions, prepare and make bank deposits as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to use both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Customer service experience is required, with mechanical experience a plus.
  • Self-motivation and quick decision-making skills are essential for this role.
