Electrical Harness Production Specialist

ElectriPack Inc is looking for a skilled Electrical Harness Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building electrical harnesses from start to finish using a variety of tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to perform required tasks.
- Use small tools and machines to complete various tasks, including wire braiders, wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and heat guns.
- Maintain work area compliance to all Standards, including labeling and storing materials and cleaning up after use.
- Participate in all required training when scheduled.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and write.
- Must be able to do basic arithmetic like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals.
- Must be able to use a tape measure.
- Must be able to understand Metric and US Customary units of measurement.
- Must be able to distinguish between colors of wire.
Work Environment:
This factory is located indoors in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility. The noise level is low to moderate. During certain jobs, employees are permitted to use a personal headphone in one ear. Certain jobs may be able to be performed while sitting.
Compensation:
$16.00/hr
