Job Title: Crisis Interventionist MHCPJob Summary:

Cascade Community Healthcare is seeking a skilled Crisis Interventionist MHCP to join our Mobile Crisis Team. As a Crisis Interventionist, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face and phone crisis intervention, stabilization, and resolution services to individuals experiencing acute emotional distress or loss of behavioral control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention services to individuals and families in their homes or in the community.
  • Assess and stabilize individuals in crisis, and develop individualized plans for mental health services.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, schools, and other agencies to provide crisis intervention services.
  • Provide education and consultation to individuals, families, and agencies on crisis intervention and mental health services.
  • Maintain knowledge of Lewis County community resources to refer individuals and families to resources that may resolve crisis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of education or experience in mental health or a related field.
  • Washington State Department of Health Credential required (Registered-AAC or Certified AAC).
  • Ability to pass WA State Patrol background check.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
