Compensation: $72,000 - $103,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:
The Rehabilitation Specialist (OT, OTR) in Home Health is tasked with assessing and evaluating patient care needs concerning functional capabilities, daily living activities, fine motor skills, home evaluations, adaptive tools, and other therapy requirements as determined by medical conditions.

Based on these assessments, the Rehabilitation Specialist formulates a comprehensive treatment plan, implements interventions aimed at enhancing the patient's well-being, and monitors the patient's progress.

Qualifications:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Washington
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
