  • Perform comprehensive legal research to inform case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft and refine legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and memoranda.

  • Analyze discovery materials to pinpoint critical evidence and strengthen case foundations.
  • Prepare and research pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Attend court hearings as necessary.
  • Stay informed on relevant legal precedents, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may affect ongoing litigation.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, reviewing reports and preparing for depositions.
  • Contribute positively to our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of three years of litigation experience.
  • Exceptional legal research skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in mediation is advantageous.
  • Class action experience is a plus.
  • Appellate experience is a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
