Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Three Oaks Health Services. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents/patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents/patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
  • Able to relate positively and effectively with residents/patients, families, and other center staff.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Meet all health requirements, as required by law.
