Diagnostic Medical Sonographer II Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer II to join our team at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer II, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, and preparing the room with necessary equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures
  • Operate ultrasound equipment
  • Prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Provide patient care and maintain a safe patient care environment
  • Assist in collecting data for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment
Requirements:
  • Current ARDMS certification with both Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
  • Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience
