  • Participate in on-call, holiday, weekend, and after-hours rotations to ensure 24/7 patient support.
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with Colorado Social Work licensure preferred, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) required.
  • Minimum of one year of supervised experience in the healthcare field or during a supervised internship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to commute between Delta and Montrose, CO, and enjoy drive time.
