Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team at Ducommun, a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations of printed circuit boards according to established operating procedures
  • Cut and form components, perform manual placement of THT components, and assemble chassis components using various hardware
  • Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high-quality results
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members and perform other assignments as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Six months of printed circuit board assembly experience preferred
Work Environment and Safety Equipment Required
  • Required to wear PPE as needed
  • Moderate noise levels
  • Exposure to light manufacturing environment, including occasional exposure to unpleasant odors
