Job Title: PCB Assembler

We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team at Ducommun, a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for customers in the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

Job Summary:

The PCB Assembler will be responsible for performing assembly operations of printed circuit boards according to established operating procedures. This includes cutting and forming components, performing manual placement of THT components, assembling chassis components using various hardware, and recommending changes in documentation to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and form components to specifications
  • Perform manual placement of THT components
  • Assemble chassis components using various hardware
  • Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high-quality results
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Six months of printed circuit board assembly experience preferred
Work Environment:

The PCB Assembler will work in a light manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to unpleasant odors. The position requires the ability to wear PPE as needed.
