About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Calcium+Company.

As a key member of our public relations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing client programs, focusing on day-to-day project management and client communication.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage project workflows, timelines, and internal processes to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Media Relations: Conduct media outreach to secure favorable coverage and integrate clients' key messages into press releases, pitch letters, and other materials.
  • Content Creation: Research, write, and edit content for various channels, including traditional press, patient communities, and healthcare media.
  • Social Media: Develop and manage social media content that aligns with client objectives and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in public relations, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex healthcare topics clearly.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
