Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Blue Print Out.

This role will play a vital part in managing internal and external communications, building the company's brand, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage internal and external communications strategies to promote the company's services and initiatives.
  • Create and edit content for newsletters, press releases, presentations, and other communications materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Organize events and meetings with clients and partners, ensuring effective communication throughout.
  • Maintain and update the company's website and corporate communication materials.
  • Support senior management with communication-related tasks, including speechwriting and strategic messaging.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
