Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space. This role requires a consultative approach, working closely with potential clients to understand their business challenges and presenting Paycor's solutions to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned referral sources.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
  • Present Paycor's products and services to potential clients, either in person or by phone.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.
  • Record all sales activity and results in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-year business degree.
