$70,000 - $80,000 annually, Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM

Job Description

Gather information from engineering specifications and work instructions to verify product conformance. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete, conforming to ISO standards.

  • Work closely with internal and external teams for information exchange and problem solving.
  • Assist in notifying appropriate personnel of document releases and updates.
  • Prepare and conduct customer specific quality presentations via web or onsite.
  • Initiate and promote continuous improvement and Lean principles throughout the organization.
  • Create and execute quality control guidelines and protocols.
  • Execute inspections and approvals based on manufacturing specifications and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal resources on nonconformances to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Perform internal audits of procedures as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical, business, engineering, or management.

3+ years of experience or 8 years of relevant training/experience.

Knowledge of quality regulations (AS9100, APQP, ISO 14971) and measuring instruments.

5 years of Quality experience with military and non-military clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, statistical analysis, and QMS management.

Familiar with RCCA, PFMEA, CAPA, Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO (preferred).

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, journals, and financial reports.

ASQ CQE or CQM Certification (preferred).
