Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Flooring Service Sales Representative to drive growth and maintain strong customer relationships in the commercial and industrial flooring industry.


The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience selling in the commercial flooring industry, with a proven track record of growing market share within a defined territory. They will be responsible for developing, growing, and managing customer accounts through site visits, follow-ups, and business development strategies.


Responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling potential clients to expand the sales territory and hit growth targets, conducting site inspections, and preparing customized project proposals. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organization, and sales tracking abilities, as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills.


This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and competitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The compensation package includes a base salary of $85,000 - $125,000 per year, plus commissions, a company vehicle, expense reimbursement, and a signing bonus.
