Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Operations: Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs, and ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Shift Management: Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring all store opening/closing duties are performed, including day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits, and preparing bank deposits as needed.
- Team Management: Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy.
- Store Appearance and Merchandising: Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store, and ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
- Retail Sales Experience: Preferably in auto parts, with knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain RSS Certification, ASE Certification a plus.
