- Coach staff, seniors, and managers, and share knowledge with the team.
- Coordinate engagement teams' schedules and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
- Proficiency in partnership allocations and tax credits.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and develop team members.
- CPA or JD required at the manager level or above.
- 7+ years of experience at a public accounting firm.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- Strong understanding of CCH Axcess.
- Initiative to learn and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tax issues, including Tax Reform and real estate clients.
- Solid understanding of real estate tax technical and transaction skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000
