Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in need of mental health services. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed pay structure, paid orientation, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on providing accessible and responsive care
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Thriveworks through participation in quality improvement initiatives and other projects
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Licensed to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Alabama
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
