Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 072. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to achieve our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation according to company guidelines
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, etc.)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
