Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our North Andover, Massachusetts center. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in implementing our research-backed curriculum, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and partnering with parents to support the development of their children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide regular updates and support their child's progress
  • Support the center's success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
