We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will have expertise in systems engineering, with a strong understanding of practices and processes applied to systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with partners to develop technical tools beneficial to mission needs
  • Identify technical, CL, and operational risks and recommend mitigations
  • Study the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gaps
  • Assess emerging and commercial off-the-shelf technologies in support of operational requirements and applications
  • Assess key vulnerabilities and single points of failure and recommend mitigations
  • Evaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with stated requirements
  • Integrate, test, verify, and validate end-to-end systems

The Senior Systems Engineer may be required to travel to other locations within the WMA. The position will be subject to an additional security review process requirement that can take up to 6 weeks.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • Minimum of ten years of experience performing systems engineering services for a government customer with more than one stakeholder
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computer/Physical Science. Equivalent work experience in a technical field
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience providing operational engineering support to a government organization focused on bolstering the Government's intelligence advantage

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks. Experience applying systems engineering methodologies and processes is also required.
