**Job Title:** Production Line Quality Inspector
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Production Line Quality Inspector to join our team at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions. As a Production Line Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products on the production line, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and products on the production line to ensure conformance to specifications and fitness for use.
- Identify and contain non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies, and rectify them through rework, sorting, and/or scrapping as directed.
- Use hand tools and equipment to repair and/or clean parts and/or sub-assemblies, and determine the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job.
- Communicate inspection results to managers, supervisors, and production sources, and utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support, resolving quality issues, and promoting the contracted customer's reputation.
- Build a professional relationship with the customer at the plant level, and be identified as the contracted customer's representative to deal with production issues.
- Provide continuous feedback to the customer on the status and evolution of existing claims, and participate in customer meetings as required.
- Audit regularly how the customer handles our products, and keep themselves trained and updated on technical and quality-related specifics and business topics.
- Be aware of and transmit to the TRIGO Resident liaison Manager any project or initiative taken by our competitors, and report on a regular basis to the dedicated contracted partner's team or contact partner.
- Participate in prototype, pre-serial builds, or line trials, launch support, and engineering changes at the Customer as needed.

- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and deal with pressure and ambiguous situations.
- Eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities, and self-motivated/Self-Starter.
- Strong integrity, used to act as company's representative, and able to build a long-term win-win pattern with the client.
- Honest, committed, and trustworthy.
