Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and provide them with expert advice on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide customers with outstanding service and solutions
  • Demonstrate and quote products, and close sales to meet customer needs
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate customers on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer experience
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Process POS transactions accurately and provide information to customers
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
