Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet or exceed annual giving goals.
  • Solicit major gifts from donors and prospects in support of our mission.
  • Work collaboratively with our Vice President of Philanthropy and other team members to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance financial outcomes for LSI.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in development or a related field such as sales or marketing. A preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in development or a related field, including major gift experience.
