Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Community Hospital and Nursing Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders to restore function and prevent disability.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve maximum performance and function in society.
- Conduct modified barium swallow assessments to diagnose swallowing disorders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or school of speech-language pathology.
- Current state licensure in speech pathology.
- Strong knowledge of principles and practices of speech pathology, rehabilitative medicine, and infection control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
