Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a close-knit school district. This full-time position will support a K-12 caseload, offering opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact.

About the Role:

  • Caseload Details: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students across various age groups and sites within the district.
  • Start Date: ASAP, with a focus on minimizing disruption to ongoing projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • A valid Minnesota SLP license.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
