- Recruitment and Retention: Constantly recruit and retain top talent for sales and support staff to ensure the branch's continued success.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement an effective business plan, aligning with the Regional Director, to monitor business plans, branch budgets, and strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of four years' experience in mortgage loan originations, with an active NMLS license.
- Skills: Effective sales and marketing skills, strong understanding of loan guidelines, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and adaptability.
