Job Title: Branch Manager

At American Pacific Mortgage, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring a financially sound and productive environment.
  • Develop and implement effective pipeline management strategies to achieve sales goals and on-time closings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, promoting a culture of respect, transparency, and scrappiness.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to ensure the continued success of the branch.
  • Collaborate with regional directors to develop and implement business plans, monitor branch budgets, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Embody the APM brand and reputation, promoting our values and policies to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in mortgage loan originations, with an active NMLS license.
  • Proven sales and marketing skills, with the ability to generate new business through networking and referral partners.
  • Strong understanding of loan guidelines and federal/state regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide and maintain effective customer service.
  • Commitment to company values, policies, and procedures.
