Responsibilities- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to support their progress.
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for students with communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and treatment plans.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field.
- Illinois SLPA or SLP license.
- Experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
- Competitive hourly rate ($38-$52 per hour based on experience and qualifications).
