Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below. If you possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care, including bed baths, showers, oral hygiene, changing bed linens for both occupied and unoccupied beds, cleaning overhead tables, and general room care.
  • Deliver evening care, which includes bed baths, showers, oral hygiene, and maintaining a tidy environment with evening snacks.
  • Administer general nursing care, such as patient positioning, transfers to chairs or stretchers, lifting and turning patients, and assisting with specialized equipment.
  • Respond to call lights, anticipate patient needs, and conduct frequent rounds.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform procedures, such as glucose monitoring, within the scope of practice for a Nursing Assistant.
  • Report any complaints of pain immediately to licensed personnel.
  • Observe and monitor patients' mental and physical conditions, reporting any changes to licensed personnel promptly.
  • Ensure patient safety is optimized at all times.
  • Maintain Universal Precautions and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Education Required:
High School Diploma
Preferred Certifications:
C-Cert Nursing Assistant, C-CPI, C-BLS
