About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet manufacturing goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with current good manufacturing practices (GMPs), environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and control labor, optimize resource utilization, and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement performance measurement and internal auditing programs to evaluate operation efficiency and quality.
  • Represent the company during FDA inspections and provide information to establish credibility and demonstrate compliance with cGMPs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments and lead effectively in a team environment.
  • In-depth process knowledge of related manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Good understanding and/or hands-on familiarity with the principles of lean manufacturing.
