Upon Securing Client Engagement:

Work alongside service lines, practice areas, and clients to refine the engagement model initially proposed during the sales phase and collaborate with practice areas, resourcing, and talent to establish the project team.

Assist the team in preparing for both client and internal kickoff meetings.

Execution of Work:
Act as the Chief Operating Officer and lead project director for client accounts.

This may involve managing the Project Management Office (PMO) on behalf of the client, participating in a PMO/Transformation Management Office (TMO) for a client, or overseeing the entire program for Merkle outside of a client's PMO/TMO framework.

Accountabilities Include:
Execution Standards:

Adapt PMO/TMO frameworks and methodologies to fit client contexts, ensuring all stakeholders within Merkle and client teams are aligned on approaches, templates, and communication strategies.
