Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Case Manager - ASD Specialist to join our team at Teema Staffing. As an RN Case Manager, you will work closely with individuals and families enrolled in autism care programs, providing assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, and advocacy.

About the Job:
This role requires expertise in case management and strong communication skills to support families and address barriers to care effectively. The RN Case Manager will ensure that patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) receive high-quality, cost-effective care tailored to their unique needs.

Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive case management assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with beneficiaries and providers.
  • Monitor and update care plans regularly to address newly identified needs, services, and treatment options.
  • Serve as an advocate for families, ensuring access to specialized services and maintaining patient safety.
  • Provide guidance on benefits, enrollment, and community resources to help families navigate available services.
  • Participate in case evaluations involving sensitive or high-profile issues and present cases to medical leadership for resolution.
  • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary team meetings with civilian, military, and specialty care providers.

Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, ASD, or case management.
  • Eligibility to obtain a case management certification within four years of hire.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Department of Defense background investigation.

Estimated Salary: $76,800-$88,960 per year (based on 40 hours/week, $38-44/hour)
