The Restaurant General Manager serves as the principal leader of the establishment, focusing on financial success, customer satisfaction, team productivity, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will manage the daily activities of a single restaurant, reporting directly to the District Manager while overseeing a team that includes an Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
Key Qualifications:- Minimum age of eighteen (18) years
- High School Diploma or GED is required; higher education is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management and factors influencing restaurant profitability
