At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive facility assessments to identify areas for quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders, project managers, and clinicians to develop and implement action plans.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Action Plan (AP) reviews to identify and address quality improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance quality management education and infrastructure.
  • Share findings with leaders and committees to support implementation and completion of effective action plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate quality improvement projects.
  • Complete medical record reviews and provide recommendations to improve patient care.
  • Support Medical Staff Peer Review Coordinators with identifying evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor compliance with project progress and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License (RN) required.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality improvement/patient safety, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • CPHQ certification preferred.
