Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high acuity care to a teenager in the comfort of their home. The ideal candidate will have strong nursing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

About the Role:
This full-time position involves providing one-on-one care to a high-acuity client, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the client's physician. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting care provided, coordinating with the client's healthcare team, and promoting health education to family members.

Responsibilities:
• Implement the physician's prescribed plan of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
• Provide health education and promote healthy behaviors to family members
• Communicate effectively with the client's healthcare team and respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements:
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
