About the Role

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled National Account Director to lead our hospitality services team in managing and growing our business with military installations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide the activities of the management team to achieve sales and profit growth targets.
  • Develop and implement national account strategies to increase sales and profits through existing and new customers.
  • Create and maintain positive business relationships with Aramark's current and prospective customers.
  • Grow existing annual customer revenues by 20-30% through the addition of new products and services, new locations, and price increases.
  • Travel will be necessary (80%) to visit customers and manage the business.
Requirements
  • Military experience is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years, including P&L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery, or food and beverage industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices, business judgment, and client/consumer interaction.
  • Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow hard-working talent.
  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
  • Established communication and teamwork skills to work with all levels of the organization from the front-line associate through leadership.
  • Excellent financial and business understanding is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree is generally required to be successful; an advanced degree in business or a related field is preferred.
