ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Imagine this: You start your day equipped with your essential tools and a positive mindset. Your first task involves diagnosing a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, and the homeowner is relying on your expertise. With your strong troubleshooting abilities, you swiftly pinpoint the problem and restore comfort to their home. Following that, you head to another location for a scheduled maintenance check. As you thoroughly evaluate their HVAC system, you take pride in knowing that your meticulous attention to detail will ensure their home remains comfortable throughout the seasons. Each day presents unique challenges, whether it's a complex repair, a fulfilling installation, or simply brightening a customer's day.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of service experience
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A strong desire to learn and develop in your career

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in installation
  • An EPA refrigeration license (assistance available if needed)

WORKING HOURS:

This is a full-time position. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as necessary.
