JOB TITLE: Payroll Management Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
FLSA STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt
EFFECTIVE DATE: June 12, 2018
DESCRIPTION
The Payroll Management Specialist oversees the weekly payroll process for employees in the commercial construction industry using an outsourced payroll processor. They ensure accurate and timely payments for over 300 employees across multiple companies.

Responsibilities include managing PTO and sick pay schedules, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and submitting certified payroll reports to owners and general contractors on time.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have experience with multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, and taxable income, as well as knowledge of SAGE 100 software and OSHA-10 certification.
