Job Overview

CML Security is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to manage the weekly payroll process for employees working in the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with unions and multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for over 300 employees on a weekly basis for multiple companies.
  • Evaluate employee data to ensure accurate and timely payments, including garnishments, 401k, and taxes.
  • Maintain schedules of PTO and sick pay, as well as monitor and audit subcontractor certified payroll.
  • Coordinate terminations in the payroll system and communicate final pay wages with supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with LCP Tracker and Sage 100 software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
