Role Summary:

We are in search of a Beauty Sales and Artistry Specialist to become a vital member of Team Tilbury. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, education, and artistry across a significant territory, ensuring outstanding financial performance and exceptional customer experiences. A genuine passion for Charlotte Tilbury products and a commitment to achieving sales objectives are essential.

Location: New Jersey

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales Director

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Performance

  • Exceed sales targets and evaluate performance for potential enhancements.
  • Formulate sales strategies to ensure robust business growth.
  • Engage in collaborative meetings to exchange best practices and address operational needs.

Customer Engagement

  • Set a standard for exemplary customer service.
  • Enhance service quality through training and event execution.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through makeup demonstrations.

Team Leadership

  • Anticipate staffing requirements and attract top-tier talent.
  • Provide impactful training and guide Sales and Artistry Coordinators.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative team environment.

Operational Excellence

  • Execute strategies to meet business growth objectives.
  • Oversee payroll budgets and inventory management.
  • Ensure counter presentation and hygiene standards are upheld.

Retail Partnerships

  • Cultivate positive relationships with retail teams to maximize return on investment.
  • Proactively drive sales within retail environments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Beauty or Luxury sector.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy and team leadership.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
