Medical-Surgical Nursing Specialist

As a member of the Tufts Medicine team at MelroseWakefield Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic 39-bed Medical-Surgical/Tele unit, providing expert care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions.
Job Highlights:This role offers a competitive estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000, based on industry standards and regional factors.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care to adult acute care patients with complex diagnoses and co-morbidities
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- RN licensure required in Massachusetts
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a Medical-Surgical/Tele unit preferred
